A huge thank-you to our
Delaney students and families that came out to support the staff at the
softball game Wednesday evening! It was a record
setting charity event! I think all the cheering
really helped us to a victorious conclusion!
Other news of the week includes:
Our school will host Grandparents’/Special Person’s day on Wednesday,
October 22, 2014. In connection with our school’s
vision and mission, it is our hope that this day will provide Grandparents/Special People the opportunity to visit the classroom(s) and experience elementary school in the year 2014. Buses will be available
beginning at 8:30 AM from Luciano’s
at Lake Pearl Park to the Delaney/Roderick School bus
circle. Grandparents/Special People will be treated to a welcoming reception on provided by the PTO and our food service department upon arrival. Our guests are then welcome to visit classrooms between 9:30 AM and 10:30
AM. We ask that all guests sign in with a PTO volunteer before moving throughout the buildings. Buses
will return visitors to Luciano’s
at Lake Pearl Park starting
at 10:30 AM.
The PTO is having an Open
House on Tuesday October 21st at 7:00PM in the Delaney Teacher’s
lunchroom.

You may have noticed our new
rolling carts in the lobbies of the Delaney and Roderick School. All donations
for the Wrentham Food Pantry are welcome and appreciated. Non-perishables only please.
